Lenovo G50-45 ACLU5/ACLU6 NM-A281 - won't start

Hello all,
laptop Lenovo G50-45 won't start.
I don't have an original adapter or battery.
When I connect a laboratory power supply and press the power button, the LED only flashes once, something on the motherboard clicks once, but the laptop does not start.

The board is not damaged, no defective component is visible on it.

I checked all basic coil voltages and resistances to ground (without power):
PL3 (BAT) = 1v9, 328 kΩ
PL401 (SYSTEM) = 3v35, 5.42 kΩ
PL402 (SYSTEM) = 5v, 77 kΩ
PL501 (DDR) = 0v, 583 Ω
PL601 (APU VDDIO) = 1v8, 9.55 kΩ
PL602 (APU VDD) = 0v95, 260 Ω
PL903 (APU CORE) = 0v, 337 Ω
PL904 (APU CORE NB) = 0v, 39 Ω

I checked all basic voltages on KBC (IT8586E):

Have you tried BIOS re-flash yet? We have a couple of verified files available: post176814.html#p176814

No, I didn't try to flash the BIOS. I don't have any external programmer :(
Is this an important step?

Yes, corrupted BIOS is quite often the reason of motherboard malfunction. The cheapest programmer you can get to re-flash an SPI memory is probably a CH341A one. We have some kind of programmer DIY project in our DIY PROJECTS sub-forum, but it is quite an old one and requires LPT port. We are about to release a DIY USB programmer, but due to the global COVID-19 situation we've had to suspend this project temporarily.

I have CH341A programmer (black edition). Is it enough to re-flash the SPI memory chip (UC5) or do I need to re-flash the KBC (UE1) too?
If it is important to re-flash KBC, can you please advise me on a good KBC programmer?

It's quite hard to say whether it is enough - we are still at diagnosis level and BIOS re-flashing is the part of it.

Re-flash of the SPI memory chip (UC5) does not help :(
I tried 4 different dumps for my model. I returned the backup dump.
