If not, download the BIOS update file from the MSI site: https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/ge72-6qf-apache-pro
Extract the file, rename it to *.BIN and you have a BIOS dump.

Yes, I tried and still no reaction. Also I'm looking for EC dump.

If so, the issue is probably not related to BIOS.
