Dozwolone jest wyłącznie umieszczenie fragmentu dokumentacji, który ułatwi autorowi diagnostykę/naprawę sprzętu z wątku. W jednym poście można zamieścić nie więcej, niż jedną stronę instrukcji/schematu. Plik nie może posiadać widocznych znaków wodnych, napisów "confidential", adresów email etc.
  5. Nie jest dozwolone zamieszczanie linków do plików, znajdujących się na innych stronach internetowych.
  6. Nie jest dozwolone zakładanie tematu, który opisuje usterkę więcej niż jednego sprzętu. W takich przypadkach należy utworzyć osobne wątki dla każdego sprzętu.
  7. Nie jest dozwolone pisanie tematu lub postu, mającego charakter zapytania o schemat, boardview, zdjęcia płyty, wsad BIOS lub instrukcję serwisową. Do takich zapytań służy dział ZAPYTANIA O DOKUMENTACJE/BIOS.

Hello
the board react to the power button and turns on but no picture and the fan does not spin.
I had done some measurements to find out the following :

there is voltage on :
PL8700=5v
PL8701=3v
PL8301=1v

and there is no voltage on the other coils.

I have reprogrammed the bios with different BIOS bin dumps without any luck. I need your help

I have found that there is no +12v,+5v,+3v signals

the resistance of the coils are as the following :
PL8301=60Ω
PL8105=24Ω
PL9200=0.7kΩ
PL9100=18Ω
PL9101=18Ω
PL9300=205Ω
PL8901=240kΩ
PL8100=4.9Ω
PL8101=4.9Ω
PL8102=4.9Ω
PL8103=8Ω
PL8104=8Ω
PL8701=16.3kΩ
PL8700=16.3kΩ
PL8600=139Ω
PL8601=31kΩ
PL8401=48Ω

Measure the voltage to ground on pin 7 of chip PU8700.
Measure the voltage to ground on pin 5 of charger chip PU8901.

Measure the power consumption of the board before and after pressing to the power button.

the voltage on pin 7 of PU8700=3.3v
the voltage on pin 5 of PU8901=3v

the power consumption is not stable between 30mA and 45mA and pressing the power button has no effect on power consumption even though the power LED is lighting up.
regarding to the power sequence the signals SUSC_EC# and SUSB_EC# are necessary to generate +12v/+5v/+3v signals and they are not present

here is another measurements:
PM_RSMRST# =3.2v
PWR_SW# = 3.2v when the power button is releases and 0v when it is pressed
PM_PWRBTN# =3.2v when the board is on or off
PM_SUSC# =0v
PM_SUSB#= 0v

I am not sure why the signals (PM_SUSC# and SUSC_EC#)does not appear.
I am suspecting a bad PCH .
correct me please if i am wrong

Measure the voltage to ground on pin 1 of resistor R3041 (signal PM_PWRBTN#) in the following cases:
a) Power button released.
b) Power button pressed.

it is stable 3.2v even when i press the power button

Try to reflash the KBC chip with programmer. Don't forget to save the old dump.
If it does not change anything it is probably bad PCH chip.
