PS4 Slim SAF-003 , po wymianie portu HDMI konsola martwa.

Witam

Potrzebuję pomocy w zdiagnozowaniu co się podziało i dlaczego.

Dostałem konsolę z uszkodzonym portem HDMI , czyli standardowe brak sygnału na TV , aczkolwiek TV rozpoznaje , że to PS4 .
Konsola się normalnie włączała , niebieska dioda miga kilka razy , później załącza się biała.

Wymieniłem port HDMI i konsola umarła , zero reakcji na włącznik.

Co pomierzyć ?

Bardzo proszę o pomoc.

Na początek rezystancja cewek do masy i napięcia na cewkach.
Dioda na włączniku nie zapala się?
Zasilacz jest sprawny? (bezpieczniki, napięcia wyjściowe)

Jeśli głupio zapytam to przepraszam ale konkretnie których ? Czy wszystkich ?
Nie bardzo też wiem jak zmierzyć napięcia na cewkach bo one są od tej spodniej strony i jak podłączę wszystko to one są od spodu płyty.

Dioda na włączniku nie zapala się?

Nie , kompletna cisza , a przed wymianą portu normalnie się odpalała konsola.

Zasilacz jest sprawny? (bezpieczniki, napięcia wyjściowe)

Nawet nie dotykałem zasilacza , więc podejrzewam , że musi być sprawny bo chyba od demontażu się nie zepsuł ?
Mierzyłem napięcie na złączu od zasilacza co wchodzi na płytę i mam tam 4,88V na dwóch pinach , na pozostałych 0V.

First check the FFC cable between motherboard and button board.
Inspect the contacts on both ends of mentioned FFC cable (check, if the pins are not torn off, or otherwise damaged).

I checked it but it looks totally fine . Thinking now if HDMI port might cause any shortcut and thats why board doesn't start at all? Is it possible ?

I'm not sure, but I think the power button should respond regardless of short circuit on the HDMI port.
To be sure you can try remove the HDMI port from the board and test without it.

Measure the voltages to ground on all pins of power button and eject button.

On power button and eject button I have 0V on every pin . On those 3 leds next to power button I have 4,88V.

When I measure connector with flex cable for power button only first pin has 4,88V , rest of them is 0V.

Please, post a clear picture of the following chip with nearby surroundings.
