hello, I want to know what can be measured with an oscilloscope?
Is it hard to use?
This may be better to repair motherboard?

Which model you advise me to buy?

Only if you have expirience . For training best choise, IMHO, Rigol DS1052E. Best price,best performance in my humble opinion.
