Foscam FI9903P - restarty, upalony element identyfikacja

Mam problem z kamerką IP z IR - FOSCAM FI9903P, kamera ciągle się resetowała. Pewnego razu udało mi się ją uruchomić i wgrać najnowszy firmware i było ok do czasu kiedy podłączyłem się pod nią z 2 urządzeń. Kiedy dostała obciążenia znowu zaczęła w nieskończoność się resetować i w pewnym momencie poszedł dymek i sfajczył się element na płytce. Proszę o identyfikację i info czy jest to dostępne w ogóle w PL? Poza tym co mogło spowodować te restarty i w końcu sfajczenie tego elementu?

Burned component is a switching controller chip. Which one exactly it is hard to say without the same board.
Maybe we can find a similar chip, which would works as well.

Remove the burned chip from the board, and then do the following measurements.
Measure the resistance to ground on inductor "4R7".
Measure the resistance between inductor "4R7" and pin 8 of the FLASH chip.

I measure 4R7 to ground and all chip pins to 4R7. All my measurements are on photo. One of the chip pad is also burned but I think I will rescure him

How about that measurement?

You need to find a chip, to which the inductor "4R7" is connected.
Use a continuity tester and check, if it is connected to any chip on the other side of the board.
