Ten model pamięci flash programator z pewnością widzi i programuje prawidłowo - niejednokrotnie sam to robiłem. Albo zatem masz problem z urządzeniem, albo z kostką.

Witam. Mam pytanie czy zamiast mosfetu 60T03GH mogę zastąpić go 40T03GH ?

Pozdrawiam.

Świetny programator, bez problemu zaprogramował SST25VF016B, monitor przywrócony do życia.

Pozdrawiam.

#105 I build the spi 2.0 flash programmer and when testing, I get hardware not present

I built the circuit well mounted on the pcb board and the only difference is regarding the values of 200 ohm resistors which ended up putting the 220 ohm value in place.
For power source I used the 5v of the USB port regulating for the 3.3v through the regulator 78L33 to power the 74HC244 and also the memory to be recorded.
In my city can not find the mosfet transistor in the original scheme.
I would like help to correct the circuit .

I added the circuit I built created in the diptrace program
