Wyłamana wtyczka USB razem z padami. Ktoś to wcześniej próbował naprawić ale popalił elementy smd i na to wszystko zalał klejem na gorąco, udało mi się ustalić wartości rezystorów ale brakuje mi kondensator C1 na +5V z USB

Wartość tego kondensatora nie jest krytyczna. Wstaw 100nF/10V i będzie OK.

W dół od gniazda JP1 brakuje rezystorów szeregowych dla linii D+ i D- magistrali USB. Czy to tak ma być?

Yes, the value of capacitor C1 is not critical, but I think that the value of this capacitors are usually few µF. I suggest you to use at least 1µF or bigger capacitor.

The values of USB data lines resistors are usually 22Ω or 27Ω. Use one of these values, and it should be ok.
