This power supply has no such part number. I'm afraid those schematics are extremely hard to find.

220V is present, after diode bridge 300V is present but not reach primary of traformer so I have not voltage on secondary.
I know that power mosfet could be activated by IC DAP015AD, but without schematic it is impossible to check the circuit.

For this PSU basically problem is for mosfet's and ic can you get picture and published here?
