Witam, proszę o pomoc w naprawie/odzyskaniu danych z dysku Samsung ST1000LM024, PN: HN-M101MBB/JP3.

Dysk nie startuje, nie uruchamia silnika i jest niewidoczny w BIOS. Grzeje się układ MCU 88I9422-NDB2. Prąd pobierany na linii 5V to ponad 200 mA (zaniżone napięcie do 4.8V). Czy może to świadczyć o uszkodzeniu tego układu?

Chciałbym poznać opinię osób odzyskujących dane profesjonalnie, czy ryzykować wymianę tego scalaka czy szukać elektroniki i przenieść ROM.

Wylutuj stary wlutuj nowy, i powinien uruchomić spindel. Dość często w Wdekach palą się główne MCU.

Ale tu mowa o Samsungu a nie WD. Mniej roboty wyjdzie gdy podstawisz inną PCB i przerzucisz ROM.

Doskonale wiem, ale skoro autor ma układ na stole to szybciej mu będzie przelutować układ niż dobierać kompatybilne PCB. Co w seagato-samsungach nie jest takie proste nie prawdaż?

Dostałem dawcę, niemal identyczne PCB. Niestety po wymianie MCU pacjent nie startuje. Słychać kilka cichych "kliknięć" i na tym koniec, dysk jest martwy, niewykrywalny przez BIOS. Przekładałem też SPI na PCB dawcy ale rezultat podobny i wydaje mi się, że nie kręci talerzami. MCU sprawne gdyż dawca żyje w dalszym ciągu ;). Czy mogę sądzić, że pacjent ma uszkodzone głowice (na skutek uszkodzonego MCU)?

Sprawdź czy silnik kręci po odizolowaniu głowic.
