Witam
Dostałem do naprawy Sony PCG-31313M z płytą M9F0-MB o P/N 1P-0101J00-6010. Płyta miała uszkodzony bezpiecznik i dwa mosfety o oznaczeniu BA9T15. Nigdzie nie mogę znaleźć karty katalogowej tych mosfetów ani jakiej kolwiek informacji o nich. Zaryzykowałem i podmieniłem na IRF 3707 i zwarcie ustało, pobór na płycie minimalny ok 10mA i brak reakcji na włącznik. Proszę o podpowiedź czy wina będzie w tych mosfetach czy muszę szukać dalej, proszę też jakby ktoś posiadał schemat tej płyty. Dodam jeszcze że brak napięcia 3,3/5V.

Proszę wrzucić zdjęcie fragmentu płyty z mosfetami o których mowa.

Dziękuje za podpowiedz ze schematem na pierwszy rzut oka wygląda że pasuje. Zdjęcie i pomiar mogę zrobić jutro ale uszkodzony bezpiecznik miał oznaczenie PF1 a mosfety to PQ31 i PQ32

Mosfety udało się zidentyfikować, problem zwarcia rozwiązany w płycie były z kanałem P a ja wlutowałem z kanałem N. Zamówiłem oryginalne ale płyta nie wstaje. Płyta teraz zachowuje się tak jakby miała gdzieś w układzie zwarcie i zabezpieczenie odłączało. Na zasilaczu laboratoryjnym jest minimalny pobór 1mA i nagle następuje skok na ułamek sekundy do 100-150mA (tyle udaje mi się zauważyć) i czasami zapala się się przeciążenie.
Wymieniłem już PU1 - BQ24753A oraz PU2 - 51125 ale nic nie pomogło.
Proszę o podpowiedzi gdzie szukać usterki bo mi się pomysły kończą. Dodam, że brak napięcia na cewkach ani w układzie dalej niż PU1
