Need help to identify this chip, marked as TS2506. The chip sit on board of car stereo system. I have low resistance on 5v pin 22 which is fed buy a voltage regulator 78L05. The original regulator was blown, change it but heats extremely as soon as power supplied and blows. I tested all other components along that rail and they tested ok. The only element that is getting warm is this chip when tested for shortage.
Any help identifying this element cause I cant find anything about it.
