Hi, this is my first post and firstly sorry if my english is not properly written. Well, I've got a Packard Bell easynote TE11HC (LA-7912P Q5WPH rev:1.0) and when push power on the laptop in few seconds (10-15sg) stops. I do a clear cmos, push power on again, screen is on but without image, push the button for power off the laptop but nothing happens (the laptop is always on).
I disconnect the charger and try it again but when i push the button, the laptop, in few seconds (10-15sg), stops and again I reset the cmos to turn on it without image. If i connect the laptop for hdmi or vga to tv i can see the logo, enter to the bios setup, etc.
I tried to program the ec bios and main bios but the laptop do the same all time. Any suggestions? Thanks

Do you get black, or white screen?
No image at all, or missing backlight only???

Hi, 2informaticos!! Thanks for your reply, I know someone from reballing.es with the same Nick. Well, when the laptop turns on i only see missing backlight. Another screen conected to VGA or HDMI works perfectly. When I push F2 to see Bios setup takes one minut to appear. Thanks again!!

Hi, firstly, I apologize for taking so long to respond and thank you for your answers. I went to try repairing this notebook and I forgot to say that all started with a fall down the notebook.
With the help of an photo in internet of the power board (ls-7912p) I noticed that was missing a diode (D3), I looked for another power board but continue with the same problema. Can be possible that this have broken other component in the motherboard? where would be the failure? Thanks, and sorry again!!

PD:I recently had a daughter ... I have no time for this things!!
