[ZAHTEVA ZA DATOTEKO BIOS] Medion Akoya P8614 - MD98310 - Mitac PWA-9270D BIOS and EC dump

Please help,

Got a defective notebook EC chip missing and ATI card has been reflowed. Power button got 3.3V, but no reaction when pressed.

This notebook mainboard is made by Mitac and sold as Getac 9270D too.

Need dump for
U14 - ??? Missing ??? - EC
U710 - Winbond 25Q16BY - BIOS

It is the BIOS only, on Medion website can be downloaded too, but the EC firmware still missing (U14)
