Witam.
Na stole laptop Samsung NP300E5A-S03DE. Płyta główna SCALA3-15/PETRONAS-15 REV:1.0 BA41-01762A. Laptop trafił do mnie po innym serwisie. Objawy jakie podał klient przed oddaniem do innego serwisu - brak reakcji i w tej kwestii nic się nie zmieniło. Płyta główna martwa, brak napięć na cewkach. Widać ślady lutowania TPS51125 oraz ISL6255AHRZ. W okolicy TPS51125 spalony element zaznaczony na załączonym zdjęciu.
Proszę o identyfikację spalonego elementu i ewentualną pomoc w uruchomieniu płyty.

Uszkodzony element to mosfet, oznaczenie na foto.

Wymieniłem SIZ300DT. W trakcie próby zwarciowej przy podawaniu napięcia na VIN TPS51125 spalił się z drugiej strony płyty FDS6912A, który też wymieniłem. W tej chwili bardzo grzeje się TPS51125, pobór prądu przy 19V 0,2A. Płyta nie reaguje na przycisk power.
Co może być przyczyną problemu?

Ustal co jest przyczyną nadmiernego grzania się układu.
Prawdopodobnie przeciążenie stabilizatora liniowego.
Pomiary z TPSA?
KBC sprawdź.

KBC wymienione. Bez zmian.
Układ przeciwzwarciowy (2 tranzystory) nie przepuszcza napięcia. Podałem 19V za nimi. Pobór prądu 0,2A.

Za niskie napięcie na pin17-P5.0V_STB.
Przeprowadź próbę zwarciową w tej gałęzi.

Po podaniu 5V na tą gałąź pobór prądu to 0,38A - grzeje się tylko TPS. Czyżby drugi uszkodzony?
