#1 Problem z dostępnością tranzystora AON7702

Witam

Od kilku dni próbuję zdobyć Tranzystor MOSFET N-CHANEL 30v AON7702 gdzie mogę znaleźć taki tranzystorek albo jakiś zmiennik? Znalazłem takie dostępne w Chinach ale 30 dni czekanie na przesyłkę to w tym przypadku za długo... klient po świętach wraca na wyspy.

To bardzo popularne tranzystorki mosfet N -channel.
Zamiennik trochę mocniejszy przykładowo PH5030AL.

Kolego wszystko ładnie pięknie ale inna obudowa

To jest w obudowie DFN rozmiar 3x3 .

Zamiennikiem może być np. AON7422.

Szukałem szukałem i znalazłem coś takiego czy mogę tym tranzystorem zamienić ten nieszczęscny AON7702 ?

Ten IRFH3707 jest co prawda ciut słabszy, zatem może się nieco bardziej nagrzewać podczas pracy, ale powinien dać radę jako zamiennik.

W TME tych IRFH brak.
Natomiast AON7702 z wylutu jest bez problemu dostępny w PC Center - http://sklep.pccenter.pl/product_info.p ... _7702.html.
Nówki mocniejszych modeli AON dostępne są u Adama - http://www.kocham-basie.pl/advanced_sea ... on&x=0&y=0.
