Czym mogę zastąpić tranzystor MOSFET typu P: AON7403 ?

Działa on jako tranzystor wejściowy dla głównej gałęzi zasilania 19V:

Sprawdziłem moje płyty-dawcy ale brak takiego MOSFETA.
Czym popularniejszym mógłbym go zastąpić albo gdzie taki w Polsce można dostać?

Compal LA-7041P lub Samsung Scala3_15

Można zastosować jednego z mocniejszych "braci": AON7405, AON7409. W płytach SCALA3 stosowałem zamiennie FDMC6679AZ (dostępny w Farnellu).
