Witam, spaleniu uległy tranzystory w przenośnym odtwarzaczu DVD Mistral typu smd, jak odczytać ich kody? ( WB9G) i (MO76).

Dodam, wymiary smd (2,9/1,7/1,2mm), czyli odpowiada obudowie SC-59, tylko jeśli dwa różne tranzystory są w tej obudowie to który wybrać?, MO 2SC4322 Si-npn VHF/UHF SC-59, i MO M1MA152WA Si-diode Dual SC-59, i brak jest (WB9G) w tej obudowie. Co oznaczają cyfry?

Witam ponownie, (MO76) był sprawny a za (WB9G) wstawiłem BC 517 i sprzęt powrócił do pracy.
