Sony VAIO VPCEB1E1E/WI can not power up (poured by cola)

Hi, can you hel me please? I have Sony Vaio VPCEB1E1E/WI . My problem is, that daughter of my uncle spill that notebook with a coca cola 1 year ago. Can I still save it? I disassembled it and coke was only in few places. So that i took isoprophylalcohol and cleared all of this places. But when I wan't notebook power on, it's doing nothing..only green led is on. no other activity. I include photos of the affected areas. Can you tell me where the problem may be? I am beginner in english so I hope, then i write understandable :)

I found one more change. Processor at the turn begins to heat up otherwise nothing more.

Measure the voltage at PL16, PL17
cathode voltage PD27
voltage pin 7 of PU19

ok so...
PL16 - 0,73 V
PL17 - 3,33 V
PD27 - 9,96 V
PU19 pin 7 - 5 V

but...After then I was trying restore connctions of the affected place, LED diode changed color from green to orange.

PL16 - 0,73 V

there must be 5v
measure the resistance of PL16

there was 5V before I overheating connections :-/

desoldering PL16 and check the resistance on both pins (between pin and ground)
indicate resistance towards PC203
and resistance to pin 5-6-7 of PQ69

Okay I found a few errors. The resistance near PQ29 have been destroyed so I replaced them with new because supply voltage +3VRUN was missing. Now when I turn on the computer first, do the following steps: -turns on the screen with VAIO title, turns on the HDD, fan is automatically regulated but keyboard does not respond when I want to select the operating system to be run.
After a few switching off and on: - turns on the screen with VAIO title, turns on the HDD, fan is automatically regulated but the "VAIO" stays there and further does nothing.
Last state is - after pressing button to turn on the computer, nothing happens, only processor starts to warm up quickly and always after 32 seconds, the fan runs with maximum speed each next power up.

Where can be a problem now? :/

And I forgot to write that the hard drive is turned on every time when I want to start PC.

I found out where the error was, but others have appeared.
Finally I get to the operating system. everything works at first sight, but ...
- SHIFT-key does not work, for example when writing large letters
- i can not change the light intensity of the display with the Fn + F5, F6. This option absent in power management.
- The system does not appear bluetooth device
- dysfunctional memory card slots PRO-HG, but SD slot operates normally
- dysfunctional ethernet connector
- Graphics card can not be installed because the installer does not recognize it. works only with driver Standard VGA graphics adapter
- does not appear wifi and bluetooth interface in the VAIO Smart Network
- Battery checker program prints an error - the installed battery may not be properly connected to the computer or may not be compatible with the computer.

But this was not struck with cola. I try to install latest beta driver for graphic card and it work. But brightness of display I can not set with keypad.
I also managed to install the driver for MS card slot , everything else is still not working.
And battery charging current does not appear in the program Battery Bar.
