PackardBell Easynote LJ63 without sign with 2 memories

Hola! Tengo éste portátil con placa base KBYF0 LA-5051P REV1, el cual al hacerlo funcionar con 2 memorias no manda señal. Si coloco una sola memoria, el portátil enciende pero si conecto la pantalla externa da un error gráfico y se bloquea.
Con las 2 memorias insertadas, y sin recibir señal en LCD ni en pantalla externa, he realizado las siguientes mediciones:
Las fuentes básicas funcionan correctamente. +1,8V, +0.9V, +NB_CORE = 1.1V, +1.2V_HT = 1.2V, CPU_Core = 1V, SB_PWRGD = 3.3V
En JLVDS:
pin 1 = 3.3V, pin 32 y 36 = 3.3V, pin 38 y 40 = 18.65V, pin 29,31,35,37 y 39 = 0V.

En Q1: pin 1= 0V, pin 2-3 = 3.29V
En Q2: pin 2-3 = 3,25V pin 1-4-5-6 = 0V

¿Estas mediciones son suficientes para determinar que U25 (RS780M) es el causante? Gracias.

Hello! I have this one portable with motherboard KBYF0 LA-5051P REV1, who to make it work with 2 memories sends sign. If I place an alone memory, the portable one it ignites but if I connect the external screen it gives a graphical mistake and is blocked. With 2 inserted memories, and without receiving sign either in LCD or in external screen, I have realized the following measurements:

He ido a probar nuevamente con otra memoria, y ahora no manda señal de ninguna manera, ni con una en ranura 1 o 2, ni con 2 memorias.

La secuencia de consumo que realiza es: 0V - 1,05V - 1,32V - 1,35V - 1,32 - 1,37V - 1,34V - 1,56V -1,35V y ahí se queda en bucle 1,56V - 1,35V. Te adjunto video de la secuencia.

He consultado la web PackardBell pero no hay ninguna Bios descargable para éste portátil. Intentaré solicitarlo.

He conseguido un Bios y he reprogramado, pero el síntoma es el mismo. Esta tarde hago reflow U10 y comento. Dejo archivo Bios por si a alguien le sirve.

I think that RAM are activated by ICH_SMBDATA0 and ICH_SMBCLK0 (for other RAM ICH_SMBDATA1 and ICH_SMBCLK1) and these signals go to U10.
Try also reflow of U20 (ICH_SMBDATA0 and ICH_SMBCLK0 are also present them)

¿Para comprobar esas señales haría falta osciloscopio o se pueden comprobar de otra manera? Ten en cuenta, que ésta avería si me hubiera llegado en este momento, no sabría que antes con una memoria arrancaba, y entonces podría pensar que es U25.

¡Me vuelvo loco! Ayer hice una prueba con otra CPU pero el resultado fue el mismo. Esta mañana, he vuelto a colocar nuevamente esa CPU y ahora el portátil enciende. De hecho, están las 2 memorias insertadas y de momento parece funcionar bien. El problema es, que desde ayer a hoy, no ha habido ningún cambio y el fallo a desaparecido. ¿Qué debería hacer, porque el componente causante del fallo no ha sido sustituido y por tanto, es muy probable vuelva a fallar?

El problema ahora es el siguiente: Cuando inicia windows con LCD+VGA da un pantallazo azul con error MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

Hola amigo! Ya he podido solucionar este problema.

En plataformas AMD, la DDR se controla directamente por la CPU. Con una CPU nueva insertada (QL60) y tras limpiar los contactos de los bancos de memoria, el funcionamiento de éste parece estable y todo funciona correctamente.
Me he comprado una tarjeta Test para zócalo Ram que en el futuro me ayudaran a solucionar averías de éste tipo.
