The markings on this KBC chip means as follow:
- Date code means the chip production date. The code "1429" means 29th week of year 2014.
- Firmware version is a version of the firmware with which the chip is pre-programmed by the manufacturer.
- LOT ID code (or Batch number) is an internal management code assigned to a particular quantity or lot of material from a single factory. It allows the manufacturer to follow the history of the chip production usually in the case of issues with the chip during the warranty period.
