It presents normal voltage in the memories and also in the Vcore of the processor (processor with normal heating). Is it possible to be a memory problem (bios) or memory Defective memory ?

Check the power supply in CPU section, check that the power supply given proper voltage, if so, do clear CMOS, if this does not help check the CPU.
