Hello!
I wonder if anyone can enlighten me. This TV was working fine until it went "plof!" while watching, and since then, the audio hasn't been heard.
The MAIN board is EAX62116804, and the audio controller is an NTP-7100.
Visually, I can't detect any damaged components.
I've taken the following measurements on the NTP-7100:
Pin 3 ... 3.3V
Pin 8 ... +3+3v_MULTI
Pin 12 ... 1.8V
Pin 16 ... 1.8V
Pin 22 ... 0V
Pin 32, 33, 34, 35 ... 21.6V
Pin 49, 50, 51, 51 ... 21.7V
On the speaker connector, I have 1.2V on all 4 pins.
I've measured the speakers, and they're fine. Still, other speakers have been tried, and they don't work either.
I have downloaded and updated the latest software and firmware from the official LG website, and it has not solved the problem either.
Any suggestions?
