Po usunięciu C282, rozlutowaniu zwory PJ7 oraz wymianie U40 układ znów się spalił. Co jeszcze powinienem sprawdzić przed zamówieniem/wymianą PU3 ISL59509 ? Dlaczego uszkodził się PU40, skoro zwora PJ7 była rozlutowana ?

Because the transistor PQ12 is probably damaged.
For the test you can turn on the board without this transistor.

Check, if you get 5V on coil PL5 with opened jumper PJ7.

PQ12 jest zwarty, po wyjęciu płyta uruchamia się.
Brak napięcia na PL5, rezystancja 3 Ohm.

It is a short circuit to ground.
Check, on which side of jumper PJ7 you have a low resistance to ground.

PU3 do wymiany ?

Both resistances seems too low.

Remove the coil PL5 from the board and check the resistance to ground on PU3 side of the coil. If this resistance is low, the chip PU3 is definitely damaged.
If the low resistance is present on another side of the coil (PJ7 side), the capacitors PC47, PL48, PC49 or even chip U3 is damaged.

Make sure that both small boards are disconnected from connectors JP3 and JP18.
If the resistance to ground in this case is 133Ω, the chip U40 is damaged.

The damage may be also present on both small boards connected to the connectors JP3 and JP18.

Measure the resistances and voltages to ground on coils PL4, PL8.
Measure the voltages on capacitors PC33, PC55.

PL4 - 9 kΩ, 0 V
PL8 - 8,3 kΩ, 0 V

Gdzie jest PC33 i PC55 ?

PC33 - 0,27 V
PC55 - 0,27 V

Measure the resistance on capacitors PC33, PC55.

PC33 - 1,2 Ω
PC55 - 2,3 Ω

Remove the PR30, PC32, PC33 from the board and measure the resistance on the place of PC32.

Po wyjęciu elementów PR30, PC32, PC33:
PC32 - 1,2 Ω

Chip PU3 is damaged, soldered to the wrong orientation, or there is a solder bridge between some balls under it.
If the chip is soldered to the correct orientation, it is most likely damaged.

Remove the chip PU3 from the board and remeasure the resistance on the place of capacitor PC32. If the resistance will be high (in kΩ range or grater), replace the PU3.
Also measure the resistance on capacitor PC32 after replacing the chip.
