#1 Lenovo Yoga 3 (80jh) Weird problem. Can it be KBC programming issue or not?

Hello,
Mainboard model: BTUU1 NM-A381 REV: 1.0 UMA
From beginig i had display issue and when i was measuring the voltages i made short and i burned the u8, u101 and KBC I saw smoke on them.
I replaced them i bought totally new KBC ITE IT8386E CXS (orginal one was lenovo i think they are same.)

Now i have weird problem and i could not be sure is it programing issue or there is an other cause of this issue.
Stage 1) ! If i dont plug the fan of cpu, hdd and battery. !
When i plug the charger directly i have LED on, system is on, i have display. Keyboard, touchpad an even usb drive Works.
Stage2) ! Only Fan of cpu pluged, hdd and battery not pluged. !
When i plug the charger directly i have LED on and a second later off, after that fan is spininnig fastly. During this if i push the power buton system comes on. I have display. Keyboard, touchpad and even usb drive Works. Warming: If cpu is cold and fan is stopped and cpu gets warm and fan wants to spin; system goes off and not starts by it self again. If i push the power buton again from the begining like i plug the charger first time.
!! During system is working i tried to plug hdd and directly system goes off.
Stage 3) ! Fan and hdd is pluged. Without battery. !
When i plug the charger directly i have LED on and a second later off, after that fan is spininnig fastly. During this i can not never make system Works by pushing the power buton.
Stage 4) !Fan and battery is pluged !
I have charger LED. With power buton sometimes i can make system to work. During this if i will unplug the charger system is stil working with battery. But without charger if i would like to open system. Both leds are on (charger and power buton) but system is not go on. Even fan is not spining.
In this case i am too confused please help me.
