Witam.
Płyta MALIBU3. Zablokowany pierwszy tranzystor (na sterowaniu 19.5V).
Brak zwarć na płycie, wymieniony Q34 (sprawdzone wszystkie elementy w około niego i wydają się być dobre), charger, profilaktycznie zrobiony BIOS.
Pomiary:
Q34:
D - 0V
S - 19,86V
G - 19,43V
Q107:
wszędzie napięcie około 19.8V
Q101:
19.8V na kolektorze (out), reszta 0V
Q78:
19.8V na kolektorze (out), reszta 0V
Q51:
C - 19.34V
B - 18.86V
E - 18,43V
Q54:
D - 18.43V
reszta 0V

W załączniku strona z potrzebnym schematem.

Pierwsza sprawa - dlaczego na kolektorze Q78 masz 19,8V a na bazie Q51 "tylko" 18,86V ?
Powinno być to samo, ponieważ wyprowadzenia są fizycznie połączone.

Ponadto zmierz napięcia na Q79 - wygląda jakby aktywny był sygnał -PWRSHUTDOWN (zamyka Q79 - stąd na emiterze Q51 jest 18,43V)

Na Q79 napięcie jest tylko na drenie. Pomyłka w druku, miało być 18,8V na Q78.

Heh, już się w oczach papra...
Oczywiście - Q79 to N-Channel. Tranzystor ten nie jest wysterowany, dlatego nie zwiera do masy rezystora R145 (Q51 jest włączony)
Prześledź dlaczego brakuje sygnału -PWRSHUTDOWN. Jaka jest rezystancja względem masy na tej linii ?

Rezystancja 140kΩ, U61 to układ który powinien wystawić ten sygnał według schematu.
