Laptop jak w temacie nie zawsze ładuje, po odłączeniu zasilacza wyłącza się i po ponownym podłączeniu zasilacza i włączeniu laptopa komunikat AC Unknow Adapter. Bateria sprawna sprawdzana na innym egzemplarzu i sprawdzany na innej baterii oraz zasilaczu. Sprawdziłem diodę PD26 nie ma zwarcia, tak samo kondensator. Zwarcie Dren - źródło ma tranzystor PQ1. Jak go podmienię na MOSFET 7149 to płyta się nie włącza na zasilaczu. Co mogę sprawdzić ?

- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 4, 8 of transistors PQ1, PQ2.
- Measure voltages to ground on pins 1, 2 of transistors PQ4, PQ5, PQ6, PQ7, PQ8.

- Measure the voltages to ground on coils PL4, PL5.
- Measure the voltage to ground on pin 5 of chip PU1.
- Measure the voltages to ground on pins 3, 6, 7, 13, 20 of chip PU201.

Measure the resistance to ground on pin 13 of chip PU201.

Rezystancja PU201
n.13 nie jednoznaczne. Zaczyna się od 13MΩ i rośnie nawet poza zakres

po wciśnięciu przycisku power płyta nie startuje a napięcia są takie

Na baterii laptop działa normalnie. Tylko podłączę zasilacz i odrazu się wyłącza

znalazłem jeszcze zwarcie 2Ω na PQ11 między n.1 a n.8 oznaczony 7426. Po wylutowaniu zwarcia na pinach nie ma. Jaki można zastosować zamiennik
Mam na przykład mosfet 7534

It's AON7534 and should be a suitable replacement for PQ11.

Po wymianie PQ11 laptop działa na zasilaczu i ładuje. Podsumowując Wymiana PQ1, PU201 oraz PQ11 postawiło płytę dzięki za pomoc
