Płyta nie daje żadnej reakcji na włącznik

Na PQ1 :
n.1 - 20V
n.4 - 20V
n.5 - 6,7V

Na włączniku JPBTN1:
n.2 - 3.2V po naciśnięciu spada do zera

Na PL1 - 0.47V
Na PL5 - 3,3V
Na PL4 - 5V
Na PL701 - 1,04V
Na PL19 - 0,51V
Na wszystkich innych 0V

PL4 - 28kOhm
PL5 - 1,1 Kohm
PL6, 7, 8, 11 - 2,3 Ohm
PL10 - 12.4 Ohm
PL12 - 4.6 Ohm
PL13 - 29 Ohm

Jedyne co zauważałem pod termowizją delikatnie niemal nie zauważalnie nagrzewa się u34 (BD4718) po za tym żądnej innej reakcji płyty na podłączenie nie widzę. Co jeszcze mógł bym sprawdzić? Proszę o pomoc
