Lenovo IDEAPAD 330-15ICH
Płyta: NM-B671
CPU: i5-8300H
GPU: GTX1050
PCH: SR40B
KBC: IT8586E
AUDIO/CARDRDR: Realtek RTS5199

Komputer nie wykrywa karty dźwiękowej w menedżerze urządzeń. Brak dzwięków w systemie (ale - jest sygnał z głośników przy podłączeniu/odłączeniu zasilacza).
Karta dźwiękowa jest w chipie RTS5199, zintegrowana razem z czytnikiem kart SD. Czytnik działa poprawnie.
Działam na czystym systemie, zainstalowanym na dysku nvme; zainstalowałem sterowniki chipsetu, serial IO oraz pozostałe z lenovo.

Pomierzyłem RTS5199 (UA1):
pin36 = 5,09V
pin45 = 1,78V
pin48 = 1,78V
pin49 = 5,09V
pin54 = 5,09V
Czyli wygląda na to, że zasilanie działa. Wymieniłem więc RTS5199 na inną sztukę - niestety bez zmian.

Wygląda na brak komunikacji na magistrali HD_AUDIO. Czyżby uszkodzony PCH?
Co mógłbym jeszcze sprawdzić?

Proszę o sugestie.

Measure the voltages to ground on pins 37, 38, 43, 47, 55, 56 of chip UA1.

pin37 = 4,28V
pin38 = 2,10V
pin43= 0V
pin47= 1,26V
pin55= 3,30V
pin56=3,31V

- Also measure the voltage to ground on pin 5 of chip UA1.

- Measure the resistance to ground on pin 43 of chip UA1.

pin43 = 11MOhm, diode-mode reading is 898mV
pin5 = 1,22V

Check your solder joints on all pins of chip UA1.
If the solder joints are okay, set your multimeter to the diode test mode and measure the voltage drops to ground on pins 3, 4, 6, 8 of chip UA1.

All solder joints are OK.
pin3 = 494mV
pin4 = 498mV
pin6 = 498mV
pin8 = 500mV

Do you have an oscilloscope?
If so, measure the voltages to ground on pins 3, 4, 6 of chip UA1 with oscilloscope during audio (music) playback.

Unfortunately i dont have an osciloscope.

Music playback is impossible - there's no audio device detected in Windows. Only HDMI audio output is available after installing GPU drivers. All sound i can get is PCBEEP while connecting/disconnecting AC adapter.

Remove the chip UA1 from the board and remeasure the voltage drops to ground on pads 3, 4, 6, 8 on the place of chip UA1.

3 = 518mV
4 = 580mV
6 = 580mV
8 = 580mV

Try to reflash the BIOS chip. If it doesn't change anything, the PCH chip is very likely damaged and needs to be replaced.
