The original one is AZ5425-01F, as @gofer said, but you could use any 5V ESD protection diode (TVS diode) in this place. Datasheet at the attachment.

The original diode is "bi-directional" type, so the polarization is not important.
You could use "uni-directional" type of diode as well, but in this case you need to polarize it correctly -> Anode (+ pin) of diode should be connected to ground.

Ok, ale jak rozumiem, przy standardowych warunkach (tj idealny zasilacz i pewność braku zwarć), ta dioda się nie załącza i niemal nie ma wpływy na układ?
Bo aktualnie, i tak nie powodowała zwarcia, a jednak płyta się nie uruchamiała. I mam pytanie, czy to na pewno moje największe zmartwienie?

EDIT: Ponadto jak popatrzyłem na allegro, to zauważyłem, że taka płyta, z grafiką dedykowaną (jak moja) można kupić już za 300 zł. Zastanawiam się więc, czy naprawa będzie opłacalna. Oczywiście są walory w postaci zdobytej wiedzy i umiejętności, ale jednak nie robię tego dla siebie.

To tylko zabezpieczenie, nie ma wpływu na normalne działanie układu.

This diode is only protection device, which protect the KBC chip against high voltage sparks (static electricity), which can occure in the case of "hot plug" the adapter.
Measure the resistance between both pads of these diode. If the resistance is low the diode is bad, if the resistance is high (infinite) the diode is 95% ok.
The laptop should works normally without this diode, but it is better to use this diode for the above reasons.

In your case the issue is more than likely KBC chip related, as said in previous posts.
