Witam. Otóż tak, posiadam Lenovo B51-80. Zrobiłem pierwsze pomiary. Do PR302 nie dochodzi w ogóle napięcie, zmierzyłem również oporność i liczona jest w milionach omów, więc zwarcia w głównej gałęzi zasilania nie ma. Rozumiem, że w takim przypadku warto się przyjrzeć PQ301 i PQ303?

Do PF101 napięcie dochodzi
PQ301:
-dren 20v
-źródło i bramka 0v

PQ303:
-dren,źródło oraz bramka 0v

Zmierz rezystancję pomiędzy n. 4 i n. 1 tranzystora PQ301 oraz pomiędzy n. 4 PQ301 a n. 4 PQ303
Zmierz napięcie na PQ302

Wymień 301 i 303
Nie mam schematu posiłkuje się podobnym, i patrząc na Twoją płytę i tamten schemat pomiędzy nóżkami nr 4 masz rezystor 4,7 om więc po wylutowaniu sprawdź jeszcze raz rezystancję

Mam teraz dylemat, schemat którego używam jest od innej płyty, PQ301 oraz PQ303 są oznaczone na nim jako MDU1512RH(PQ301) oraz AON7506(PQ303). Po wylutowaniu z płyty PQ301 to AON6426 a z PQ303 udało mi się odczytać aby numer V1526 co by wskazywało na to że to MDV1526 jeśli dobrze myślę. W takim wypadku należy szukać mosfetów o identycznych parametrach czy mogą być one zbliżone? Udało mi się znaleźć coś takiego jeśli chodzi o ten AON6426

Rezystancja pomiędzy nóżkami wynosi 5.1 om , o jakie dokładnie pomiary chodzi? PQ301 oraz PQ303 wylutowane i zamówione.


PQ301 oraz PQ303 wymienione, laptop ruszył i działa :D
