If you still cannot locate the PCB markings, please upload a clean, both-side photos of the mainboard - it is required to remove any films, modules or brackets possibly covering these markings.

Did it burn out even with the coil CHOKE4 removed?
If so, measure the following resistances:
a) Between pin 3 of transistor PQ20 and pin 2 of chip uP9509P.
b) Between pin 4 of transistor PQ20 and pin 24 of chip uP9509P.
c) Between pin 5 of transistor PQ20 and pin 23 of chip uP9509P.
d) Between pin 8 of transistor PQ20 and pin 15 of chip uP9509P.
e) Between pin 8 of transistor PQ20 and pin 24 of chip uP9509P.
Transistor PQ20 pinout:
If so, measure the following resistances:
a) Between pin 3 of transistor PQ20 and pin 2 of chip uP9509P.
b) Between pin 4 of transistor PQ20 and pin 24 of chip uP9509P.
c) Between pin 5 of transistor PQ20 and pin 23 of chip uP9509P.
d) Between pin 8 of transistor PQ20 and pin 15 of chip uP9509P.
e) Between pin 8 of transistor PQ20 and pin 24 of chip uP9509P.
