Pytanie jak w temacie, jak sprawdzić czy jest sprawny tranzystor PJDLC05C. Multimetr na teście diody raczej tutaj nie da odpowiedzi?

Hello!
It is dual suppressor diode (TVS diode). You can test it with the laboratory power supply, resistor and voltmeter.
If you connect it to the circuit according to the scheme below the voltmeter should show voltage around 6V, if the diode is ok. Then switch pins 1 and 2 of diode, and voltmeter should show the same voltage.
