#1 Jak przylutować kondensatory SMD na BGA.

Mam dwa pytania odnośnie kondensatorów SMD na BGA:

1) Jest jakiś prosty sposób na przylutowanie kondensatorów za pomocą lutownicy grotowej? Po kilku próbach poddałem się, z HOTA zrezygnowałem ze względu ryzyko uszkodzenia termicznego układu.

2) Kondensatory na układzie BGA mają te same parametry? Można zamienić sztuka za sztukę?

Pady przeleć ołowiówką i lutuj cieniutkim grotem; starczy że złapiesz z jednej strony i wstaw układ na płytę. Podczas lutowania BGA "pocynowane" pady i tak złapią cały kondensator.

Witaj, bez problemu lutowałem takie kondensatory na układzie stojącym na płycie za pomocą grotówki, dla ułatwienia podgrzej płytę do 100-150°C.
Kondensatory na układzie są w liniach zasilania, powinny być oryginalne, ale jeśli dasz podobne z innego układu to nie będzie problemu.
