Witam
Dziś swoje umiejętności trenuje na kolejnym zalanym iPhonie 6S. Tym razem ucierpiało zasilanie kamery i MESA. Powodem było dostanie się wilgoci w okolicę U4100 i upalenie ścieżki pod pinem 4 tego układu. Problemem głównie jest lutowanie tego układu. Próbowałem go zdjąć ocalając go, hotairem ustawionym na 400 stopni i pełny nawiew z zamaskowanymi gniazdami połączeniowymi ale nawet jak ogrzewałem go 30-40 sekund to i tak nie mogłem ruszyć tego układu. Próbowałem maskować kaptonem jak i taśmą metalową ale w obu przypadkach skończyło się fiaskiem. Nie chciałem grzać dłużej bo strach o gniazda jak i o wifi od spodu. Dopiero musiałem go rozgrzać kolbą i delikatnie rozkruszyć jego obudowę żeby go usunąć.
Przechodząc do sedna, czy któryś z kolegów mógłby się podzielić doświadczeniami z lutowaniem tych układów, jakiej techniki i ew. temperatur użyć żeby bezpiecznie postawić nowy układ oraz na przyszłość jak zdejmować takie układy?

400°C do płyt od telefonów to lekka przesada, przede wszystkim zaopatrz się w mały podgrzewacz, jak chcesz skutecznie naprawiać mobile phone. Przed lutowanie podgrzewasz płytę wstępnie i dopiero dokonujesz wymiany podzespołu. Jaki hot-air posiadasz?

Normalnie operując Hot-Air nie ma szans na spalenie czegokolwiek np. gniazd podczas rozlutu sąsiednich elementów, nie wiem czym i co tam wyczyniasz ale nie jest dobrze. Podgrzewacz nie jest potrzebny, wręcz często szkodzi.

Co do hotaira to jest to 858D z najmniejszą dyszą jaka była do zestawu :). Podgrzewacz IR Aoyue również posiadam ale zgadzam się z kolegą że to może być trochę za duużo.
Zgadzam się z tym że to 400 jest trochę dużo bo nawet PM-ki bez problemu schodzą przy 350 a tu dużo mniejszy układ i takie kwiatki.
Teraz trzeba będzie bezpiecznie postawić nowy układ.
