Witajcie,
Potrzebuję pomocy w zdiagnozowaniu problemu braku obrazu po HDMI, ale tylko po załadowaniu systemu.
Płyta Antman 16N UMA 213099-1
Objaw jest taki, że obraz po HDMI (z odłączoną matrycą) jest tylko do momentu kiedy ma wejść system (pulpit). W biosie, czy podczas ładowania systemu (np kręci się kółko ładowania systemu) jest obraz, natomiast jak ma wejść już system to obrazu brak. Niezależnie od systemu operacyjnego. Jak matryca i kabel HDMI są podłączone od momentu startu laptopa, to obrazu po HDMI od początku nie ma - wydaje mi się, że tak może być, powinien wejść jak załaduje sterowniki.
Po USB-C jak podepnę HDMI obraz jest prawidłowy w systemie.
Pierwotnie obszar przy gnieździe HDMI był lekko zalany, wymieniłem gniazdo i elementy w okolicach Q5703 (R5711. R519), odpiąłem diody zabezpieczające, ale niestety niewiele to poprawiło. Na Q5703 mam 3.3V ale brak sygnału HDMI_DET_CPU - nie wiem tylko czy to on odpowiada za załączenie sygnały HDMI w systemie.
Czy możliwe, żeby grafika w takim stopniu uległa uszkodzeniu?

Jakie masz napięcia na pinie 18, 19 złącza HDMI oraz na bramce Q5703 po podłączeniu kabla HDMI do włączonego monitora?

Na samych pinach złącza:
18: +5V
19: +3,2v

Q5703: B:3,2V ; C:3,2V ; E:2,7V
