Klient próbował wymienić dysk i zapomniał wyjąć kabel zasilania przed otwarciem. Kabel lcd dotknął płyty przy złączu lcd wypalilo kawałek płyty i prawdopodobnie jakiś element przy gnieździe lcd, efekt brak obrazu na LCD, wiatraki na full obrotach, jest obraz zewnętrznym monitorze. Niestety brak schematu i boardview.

Spalony element to dławik L9500 - 120Ω@100MHz/3A w obudowie 0603. Zanim zamontujesz nowy element, zmierz rezystancję do masy na pinach 1 do 6 złącza matrycy z podłączoną taśmą matrycy i ekranem. W przypadku niskiej wartości (do 1 kΩ) odłącz ekran i ponów pomiar. Jeśli rezystancja wzrośnie do nieskończoności, ekran jest do wymiany. Jeśli rezystancja wzrośnie znacząco, ale nie będzie to nieskończoność (np. 100kΩ), zarówno taśma jak i ekran są do wymiany. Jeśli rezystancja nie zmieni się w ogóle, uszkodzona jest taśma i jest szansa, że ekran ocalał. Możliwe także, że uszkodzony jest któryś z kondensatorów C9520 lub C9501 - najlepiej wylutować je na czas pomiarów.

Uszkodzony obszar laminatu należy wyciąć skalpelem (oczywiście samą stopioną miedź) i umyć dokładnie izopropanolem.

rezystancja na pinach 15k, dławik L9500 wymieniony, wiatrak już na normalnych obrotach, niestety na wyświetlaczu pionowe linie. Klient chce używać na zewnętrznym monitorze. Dziękuję za pomoc
