Witam układ znajduje sie w spawarce inwerterowej Fronius TransTig 2600. Rejon Płyty mocy. Tam powinny znajdować sie tranzystory IGBT. W tej wersji znajdują się układy zamieszczone na zdjęciu.

Prosze o dokumentację tego ukladu. Spawarka wyświetla kod błędu 117 . WSKAZUJE to między innymi na usterke bloku mocy. Wymieniłem już kondensator ktory znajduje sie powyżej. i dwa rezystory w obwodzie rozładowania. Był uszkodzony a rezystory spalone.

Hello!

It's an IGBT module (transistor with integrated diode) APTCC1184. I can't find the datasheet.
It's available from the Chinese.

The pinout is pretty standard - check the attached datasheet of the similar module.
