HP ProBook x360 440 G1 - nie uruchamia się, mruga LCD w gnieździe

Witam.
Laptop na płycie Rumble KBL-RU 17869-1 448.0EQ07.0011, nie uruchamia się tj. wyłącza się po około 15 sek.
Sprzęt przyszedł jako całkowicie martwy, uszkodzeniu uległ charger PU4401. Po wymianie układu płyta reaguje na włącznik, ładuje akumulator. Po wciśnięciu przycisku zasilania zaświeca się przy nim biały LED, jest brak obrazu, po około 10 sek. zaczyna mrugać 9x pomarańczowy LED w gnieździe, a następnie świeci biały i równolegle 3x mruga pomarańczowy.
Oporności i napięcia na cewkach:
- PL4401: 51kΩ/13V,
- PL4501: 66Ω/3,4V,
- PL4502: 36Ω/5,1V,
- PL4701/02: 5Ω/0V,
- PL4801: 8Ω/0V,
- PL5001: 18Ω/0V,
- PL5101: 215Ω/0V,
- PL5102: 16kΩ/0V,
- PL5201: 51Ω/0V,
- PL5301: 400Ω/1,8V,
- PL5401: 82Ω/0V,
- PL8501/02: 23Ω/0V,
- PL8601: 690Ω/0V.
Po wciśnięciu przycisku zasilania nie startuje żadna kolejna przetwornica. Przeprogramowanie BIOS'u również nic nie zmieniło.

Bardzo niskie te rezystancje - mierzyłeś je po całkowitym odłączeniu zasilania i odczekaniu 1-2 minut na rozładowanie się pojemności?

Odczekałem nawet dłużej, poza tym najpierw pomierzyłem rezystancje, a później podpiąłem zasilacz.

Sprawdziłem oporności ponownie i pomyliłem się jedynie w:
PL4401: 51kΩ/13V, (miało być kΩ).
