HP Pavillon Gaming 16-a0034nw (DAG3JBMB8D0) - brak podświetlenia matrycy

Witam,
pacjent jak w temacie. Treść jest, podświetlenia brak - doświadczenie kazało sprawdzić bezpiecznik od zasilania matrycy, który wygląda w porządku jednak napięcie wydaje mi się ciut małe bo tylko ~10,5V z obydwu stron F4502 i potrzebowałbym pomocy w namierzeniu usterki.

Teraz zauważyłem jeszcze, że nie uruchamia się na samym zasilaczu i nie ładuje baterii. Czy może to być spowodowane tym, że nie mogę podać 7,7A?


Zasilacz + bateria :
F4502 - 19,5V
PQ1002:

N1 - 19,5V
N4 - 25,25V
N5 - 19,5V

PQ1003:

N1 - 19,5V
N4 - 25,25V
N5 - 19,5V

Sam zasilacz - to samo co wyżej

Sama bateria :
F4502 - 10,5V
PQ1002:

N1 - 0V
N4 - 0V
N5 - 10,5V

PQ1003:

N1 - 0V
N4 - 0V
N5 - impuls 2V i spada

EDIT:
Z oryg. zasilaczem ładuje baterię i się uruchamia, po podładowaniu na baterii pomiary identyczne F4502 i N5 PQ1002 = napięciu baterii, N5 PQ1003 dostaje impuls i spada, N4 i N1 0V

Did you use a properly prepared service DC cable with a resistor connected to the central pin?

Bez spreparowanego kabla. Mam już dostarczony oryginalny zasilacz i laptop się uruchamia + jest ładowanie.

Na baterii. Po naładowaniu na uruchomieniu z baterii jest 11,5V, z zasilacza 19,5V, zasilacz + bateria 19,5V - we wszystkich przypadkach brak podświetlenia (taśmę podstawiałem - bez zmian).

So this voltage is perfectly fine.
Measure the voltages to ground on pins 4, 5 of LVDS connector CN7000 while the machine is turned on with the matrix connected.

P5 - 0,6V

That's quite strange.
- Measure the resistance to ground on pin 4 of LVDS connector CN7000 with the matrix connected.
- Measure the resistance to ground on any pin of resistor R7013 with the matrix connected.

One of this two measurements is definitely wrong, otherwise the schematic I have is incompatible with your board.

And also there can't be the same resistance on both pins of this resistor since the resistor value is 10Ω.

Impossible since the value of resistor R7008 is 1kΩ and the resistance to ground on one side of this resistor is around 100Ω. Based on your measurements, I expect a maximum value of 1.1kΩ on this pin.

Please, check the motherboard marking code you specified is correct.

Post a clear picture of your board. Also post a picture of R7008/R7013 area of the board.

The schematic and BoardView seems to be compatible with your board.
You should taken the measurements on the wrong components/pins, otherwise there should be something wrong with your meter.

Check the continuity between pin 5 of LVDS connector and point "A".
If the continuity is fine, remeasure the resistances to ground on points "A", "B", "C" and pin 5 of LVDS connector.

Ciągłość jest.

A - 99,1kΩ
B - 100,1kΩ
C - 100,1kΩ
P5 - 99,1kΩ

That's completely different measurements, and the resistances seems fine now.

- Measure the voltage to ground at point "C" while the machine is turned on with the matrix connected.

Remove the resistor R7013 from the board and remeasure the voltage to ground at point "C" while the machine is turned on.
If the voltage is still below 1V, turn off the machine, disconnect the power supply and wait abut two minutes. Then set your multimeter to the diode test mode and measure the voltage drop to ground at point "C" with the positive (red) probe connected to ground.

Po zdjęciu R7013 dalej 0,68V

Pomiar diody 0,791V

Reflash the BIOS chip and check if anything changes. Don't forget to save the old dump.
