HP dv6-6b40ew / dv6-6150ew nie włącza się, brak 5VSTBY

Cześć, mam płytę HPMH-41-AB6200-E00G.
Problem - nie reaguje na włącznik, dioda przy gnieździe zasilania się świeci.
Na PL806 pojawia się 3,3V po podłączeniu zasilania
Na PL804 nie pojawia się 5V (to napięcie powinno być cały czas co nie?) . Dodatkowo na PL804 po podłączeniu zasilacza wygląda jakby pojawiało się zwarcie (Tam gdzie powinno być 5VSTBY). Po odłączeniu zasilacza i rezystancja wzrasta.
PQ809 Na dren (n5,6,7,8) dochodzi 19,6V, brak 5V (5V_DH) na bramce (n4),
PQ808 Na dren nie dochodzi nic, a na bramce (n4) jest 5V (5V_DL)
LDO3 jest obecne
LDO5 jest obecne

Czy mógłbym prosić o pomoc w dalszej diagnozie?

Measure the voltages on pins 1, 23 of PU9.

pin 1 and 23 have 0V

Power on measurements.
Measure the voltages on pins 14, 8, 21, 25, 26, 67, 74, 96, 100, 125 of KBC.
Measure the voltages on pin 125 of the KBC in the following cases:
at power off
with pressed power on
to power on.

The laptop started several times as I was taking measurements as if nothing was happening. acted like he was quite working. But when it is turned off again, it won't turn on again.

with pressed power on - drops to 0V

Measure the voltages on pin 33 of the KBC in the following cases:
at power off 3V
with pressed power on 0V
to power on 3V.
If you measure the same voltages written in red:
-replace the bios and remember to save the old one
-remeasure the voltages on pins 18,21 of the KBC
-if they are still 0V
The communication with the PCH is missing (it could be faulty) I suggest you replace it.
