#1 Gigabyte G5 KD - Does not turn on, power and charge LED both Yellow

Hello,

With the bench PS connected, current draw is 190mA. Pressing the power button causes the current draw to increase to 280mA, but laptop does not turn on.
With the CMOS and main battery disconnected, current draw is 13mA. Pressing power button, current draw increases to 107mA.
I have 19.5v, 3.3v and 5v present at the buck converter. BIOS chip has 3.42v.
Have checked some voltages around the EC chip (ITE IT5570E-128), they are as follows:
    pin 11 = 1.78v
    pin 12 = 1.87v
    pins 26, 50, 92, 106, 114, 121, 127 = 3.42v
    pin 112 = 3.3v

Resistance to ground on all the coils look OK.
Only have voltage present on the 3 coils shown in the attached photo.

I'm a little concerned about the Vcore value on pin 12 of the EC chip. Does this look normal?

Motherboard part number is 6-77-NH50HP00-D04-5C#1GB1, NH50HPMB-0D.
Mother board model number is 6-71-N5HP0-D04.

Thank you.

Hello!
It is a Clevo motherboard, and there should also be a marking code in the style "6-71-xxxxx-xxx". Please, specify it.

This is the part number, not the board model number.
We are interested in the code "6-71-xxxxx-xxx" as suggested. This code is written in white print on the same side as the marking "NH50HPMB".

Yes, this voltage seems normal to me.

Please, post clear pictures with visible markings on the two marked chips:
