If I'm not mistaken, the ME-region is located at address 5000, length 5A6000.

Próbuje różne wsady, ale bez powodzenia. Brak obrazu, wiatrak się nie kręci . Pali się tylko przycisk włączenia i to tyle. Programuje bios chip UC2. Czy musze przeprogramować również UC3 ?

Yes, you should reflash both BIOS chips.
If it does not change anything, the issue is not related to the BIOS, or you have a corrupted ME-region on original BIOS dump.
