Cześć,

Laptop to Dell Latitude E6540 Płyta: LA-9413P z grafiką radeon.
Posiłkuję się schematem od LA-9411P.

Pierwsza detekcja to była gasnąda dioda na zasilaczu. O dziwo kondensatory PC713, PC712, PC739 i PC740 był zdrowe.
Uszkodzony okazał się PQ704 oraz PQ705 odaz PU800 CD3301 na nodze 33 oraz 34. Musiałem odbudować ścieżki w tych miejscach.
Prewencyjnie wstawiłem nowe w/w kondensatory oraz PQ706.
Po podłączeniu zasilacza spalił się PU700 BQ24717 oraz PQ705.
Po wymianie chargera oraz poniwnie PQ704-PQ706 laptop włącza się, rozpoznaje moc zasilacza tj. 130W, jednak taktuje na 800MHz.
90W również prawidłowo wykrywa, ale na nim obniżone taktowanie było oczywiste.

Zdziwiło mnie przy aktualizacji do bios A27, że na chwilę przestał wykrywać PS_ID, ale po odłączeniu i ponownym podłączeniu zasilacza ponownie jest wszystko w porządku.
Tu chyba ME region nie ma nic do gadania?

Po odznaczeniu PD PROCHOT w throttlestop laptop prawidłowo wchodzi na pełne taktowanie.
Niestety jeszcze nie mam do niego baterii, aby potwierdzić, czy problem występuje również z nią.

Charger ładnie siedzi, ale on na tej płycie nie bierze udziału w obróbce tego sygnału, chyna że źle patrzę na schemat?
Mam pewne wątpliwości z CD3301 n 33 i 34, bo dawno nie drutowałem, czy źle odbudowane nogi mogą mieć wpływ na taktowanie i sygnal prochot?
Do sprawdzenia mam PU500, ale.w innych wątkach jak był on uszkodzony, to we wszystkich forumowycj tematach nie dawało rezultatu odznaczenie prochot w throttlestop.

Proszę o nakierowanie co jeszcze mogę sprawdzić, bo już zmęczyła mnie ta płya..

Update:
Na n5 PU500 oraz na PR724 jest 0,175V, czyli stsn niski i aktywny prochot. Nie powinno być totalne 0V?
Na tej linii mam tylko 83ohm, czy to nie za nisko?
Na PROCHOT_GATE mam 3,3V
Na pin 2 PU701 wpada prawidłowe 1,7V dla 130W zasilacza.

Hello!

The voltage to ground on pin 5 of chip PU500 should be around 1V.

Measure the voltages to ground on all pins of transistors PQ707, PQ805 and Q47 (if it's present on your board).

I cut path under place of PR524 (no 0ohm resistor, just path). There is still 0.175V, form H_Prochot side. For further measurements i solder it back.

PQ707
1. 0V
2. 0V
3. 0,175V
4. 0V
5. 0V
6. 0,175V

PQ805
1. 0V
2. 5V - shouldn't it be 3,3V? I use LA-9411 schematic. Without battery this shouldn't be switched off?
3. 0,175V
4. 0V
5. 0V but on other leg of PR807 there is 3.3V
6. 0V also

Q47 not present
D-G are connected by path and there is 0,175V.

True, according to the schematic LA-9411 this voltage should be 3V, but on your board the resistor PR801 might be connected to the 5V.

Check, if the jumper PR845 is present on your board. If so, open (cut) this jumper and remeasure the voltage to ground on the signal line "H_PROCHOT#".

On my board PU808 is not soldered, also PR845 is not soldered and there is no connection between pins of place of resistor.

Remove the CPU from the board and remeasure the resistance to ground on signal line "H_PROCHOT#".

With CPU 95ohm, cause it is cold now.
Without CPU 12Mohm, not what i expected.
So CPU is dead in this part?

Is it possible to cut that line, to have 1V there and use it safe? Turbo mode shall be deactivated then?

Yes, most likely. Test the board with a different CPU to make sure.

There is no need to cut, it's enough to remove the resistor RC30 from the board. But I don't think it's safe for the health of the CPU in case it overheats.

R56 is for audio jack.

I install other CPU from working properly board.
Tomorrow i will compare some more signals between both boards.

Resistance is same, 92ohm and 0,175V.
If you have any further ideas i will be glad for hints.
Maybe some resistor have increased resistance and pull voltage down, as it seems to be in unstable state - there shall be 0V i think.

Have you tried to remove the resistor RC30 from the board?
If so, what's the voltage to ground on the signal line "H_PROCHOT#" in this case?

On both boardnon PU500 there is 90ohm on pin 5.
On working board i have 1 volt during work on pin 5 PU500 and no throttling.
Before indesolder RC30 i try to compare both boards signals, however LA-9413P is redesigned board.

On PQ707 and PQ805 the only difference is 0,175 vs 1.0V on prochot legs.

I compare both boards and find out, that on top pin of RC29 i have stable 1V, but on other leg it is going down. On properly working board there is still 1V.

Do you know where goes leg marked by "?" It is 32Mohm, so it looks like pulled down.
After i cut this path and leaving RC30 on it's place laptop works without throttling, however i would like to finish it.
Boardview is horrible for this board, i hate allegro viewer.. dont know how to change top to bottom with flip.

I checked and now on PR724 is also 32Mohm and 0V and between leg "?" and between PR 724 is 0ohm, so it looks like it is connecting there.

That's a signal line "H_PROCHOT#" and goes to the many components on the board.
Is the jumper R1180 present on your board?

Yes, there is a path under place of resistor

Edit:
I reconnect path near RC29 and cut R1180.
Now i have 1V there and on PR724, so PROCHOT#_EC was pulling down.
There is no throttling

So most probably MEC5075 is faulty? Maybe just dump is wrong or MEC got so imput, base on which it activate prochot and pull down? Anyway therebis 32Mohm, so maybe it pull up after switch ob... need to check it on other board.
I have only RT809H, so don't knownif i could programm it.

Possible. Try to reflash it first. Don't forget to save the old dump.
If it does not change anything, replace it.

Nie podłączałem GND i RST.
Za pierwszym razem odczytałem tako wsad, ale nie mogłem go znaleźć w zrzuconym bios z kostki EC.

Przy podpiętej tylko baterii RTC czyta 00 88 i tak na zmianę za każdym razem, na obu płytach.
Po podpięciu zasilania głównego wyrzuca przeważnie problem z komunikacją, ale raz na jakiś czas po podpięciu zasilania odczytuje jak w nowym wątku - za każdym razem inny wsad i tak mam na obu płytach.

GND doprowadze, to nie problem, ale mam problem ze zlokalizowaniem gdzie wlutowaś się z RST, ew jakiś rezystor trzeba przełożyć w inne miejsce?

I do it, connection is now stable with power supply, however readings was a bit different each power supply connection.

I program new MEC5075 with dump from internet in socket and solder it. Paths are reconnected and all works fine, so it was faulty.
