Is it possible that it is the fault of the balls under the GPU?
Replacing the GPU is probably unprofitable because the replacement (fake) GPU costs about PLN 150 (that's how much the laptop cost) and additionally I don't have the equipment and knowledge to replace the BGA chip

This BGA chip is made under "Flip chip" technology. The silicon crystal (die) is attached to the substrate (laminate) with another solder balls.
These solder balls are the blame at 99%. These solder balls are very small (I think they have a diameter of about 0,1 mm) and are also covered with an epoxy resin, which makes impossible to repair them.

You can reflow/reball the GPU, but it will be unfortunately only a temporary solution. Usually it works only for a few months to a half of year.

But without BGA rework machine it is almost impossible to successfully replace such a chip. This way is a high possibility to permanently damage the chip / motherboard.
