After changing the bios dump, the motherboard starts up with the image. But another problem has arisen, the battery charging LED blinks white and orange, Windows sees the batteries only when the LED blinks white. The next problem is the keyboard, after connecting it the motherboard does not turn on, I think it is not working because it shows signs of flooding

Bad keyboard almost for sure. Replace it.

Baterry not detected (Orange light), Plugged in not charging (White light)
Voltage from the battery connector. Measured with battery

Pin3- 3.3V (orange light), 3V (White light)
Pin2- 0.52V (orange light) 12V (White light)

Measure voltages to ground on all pins of the battery connector without battery.
