DELL 5568 - brak obrazu po wymianie taśmy EDP

Witam, laptop trafił do mnie ze zwarciem na głównej linni zasilania 19V, po odpięciu taśmy matrycy zwarcie ustąpiło, laptop się włącza poprawnie, na zewnętrznym monitorze wyświetla obraz.

Problem polega na tym, że po wymianie taśmy matrycy na nową laptop dalej nie wyświetla obrazu na matrycy a przy tym wyświetla kod błędu (dioda 2x czerwona i 7x biała) uszkodzonego wyświetlacza LCD. Matryce podmieniałem na identyczne sprawne i dalej to samo.

Przejrzałem płytę główną i nie widać dodatkowych uszkodzeń na płycie, obawiam się, że to procesor uszkodzony ale chciałbym, żeby ktoś z większym doświadczeniem podpowiedział co jeszcze można sprawdzić.

Check the fuse F5203.

Was the short circuit caused by a damaged LVDS cable or the LCD screen (matrix) itself?

Przyczyną zwarcia był kabel LVDS, przytarty był przy zawiasie. Na nowym kablu i starej matrycy zwarcia nie ma.

Can you check to which pins of the LVDS connector exactly was shorted 19V power rail?

Tak, przy podpięciu uszkodzonej taśmy LVDS zwarcie jest na pinach: 14, 16, 35, 37, 38, 39, 40

Check the resistor RN5201 (there are actually four resistors in the single package). The value of all four resistors should be 100Ω.
Check the resistor R5214 (jumper - 0Ω).

Teraz się przyjrzałem temu rezystorowi i zobaczyłem, że chyba 1 i 3 rezystor jest wypalony.

Resistor array RN5201 is damaged for sure and needs to be replaced. The value of this resistor array is 100Ω/5%.

Also check the resistor R5214 as suggested.

The KBC chip is also very likely damaged in this case.

RN5201 wymieniony ale dalej brak napięć na tym rezystorze i brak obrazu na matrycy.

Wymienić KBC?

Yes, this resistor is actually a track on the PCB.

In this case the voltage measurement on pin 23 of JEDP is probably wrong:
