[ZAHTEVA ZA DATOTEKO BIOS] BIOS ASRock AM1B-ITX Rev1.02

Hello every one.

Please can some one help me with bios dump to this board, ASRock AM1B-ITX Rev1.02

Make and model: ASRock AM1B-ITX
PCB marking code (with PCB revision): Rev1.02

Major ICs' markings:
CPU: AMD Sempron 3850 Quad-Core
GPU: Integrated in CPU
EC/KBC/SMC: NUVOTON NTC6776D
BIOS IC1/BIOS: W25q32 = 4MB / Bios rev.1.50

I downloaded new version from asrock web but it is too big for w25q32, 4MB, that is in this board.
On web site is only version 1.60, on my board was version 1.50(on sticker).
Boards problem is, that it powers on, but no image is coming out, from any of the ports (HDMI,DVI,VGA),
no error beeps, nothing.
I have AMD Sempron 3850 on it ,which has integrated graphic, tried to put PCIe vga card on it but no effect.
I also measured all voltages on board, and the seems to be ok.
I assume the bios is coruppted.

Can someone help me?

Well i tried the bios dump from you. It is now the exact size of chip.
I have programed it successfully in chip and also verified content against the file and is ok.
BUT the board is still dead. I mean it powers on but nothing, no beep no image, no nothing.
It is possible that KBC NUOVOTON NTC6776D is bad? I mean it powers the board up but not read content of ROM.
Have you any clue for me in this case? Or should i post it in forum for answers?
