Procesor: Ryzen 5 4000 Series

Laptop jest po zalaniu
Zalania i korozja były w obszarach zaznaczonych:



Połączenia oraz ścieżki zostały zregenerowane.
Komponenty skorodowane zostały wymienione w obszarze zintegrowanej pamięci i każde które znalazłem.

Po wszystkich zabiegach laptop samoczynnie się uruchamia, kiedy poczuje zasilanie:

Przycisk power świeci (kiedy go nacisnę, świeci troszkę jaśniej) ale po przytrzymaniu dłużej przycisku power, laptop się wyłącza i reaguje.

Pomiary:



Prąd zatrzymuje się na 450mA po starcie.

Pomiar termowizyjne nie wskazuje na żadne punktowe większe pobory przez układy, a nagrzewa sie tylko procesot do 50*C i trzyma tą temperaturę.



Napięcia na cewkach po włączeniu są obecne:

Cewka 8,9Ω - 1,2V
Cewka 18,3Ω - 0,8V
Cewka 4,1 KΩ - 1,8V
Cewka 60Ω - 1,2V
Cewka 133Ω - 0,75V
Cewka 3,4KΩ - 5V
Cewka 7,7KΩ - 3,3V

Testy i pomiary wykonane bez karty sieciowej.
Podejrzewam procesor lub KBC ale nie wiem jak ugryźć temat z dalszą diagnozą.

Do tej płyty nie ma schematu ani boardview.

Bios został przeprogramowany i nie wpłynęło to na zmiany prądu, czy zachowanie płyty.

SVOD nie chce się połączyć z KBC - wyskakuje komunikat o zajętości.
KBC na płyciue - ITE5125E - 128 wersja CXA.

Proszę o pomoc w diagnozie.

Your picture is not very clear, but the components marked in yellow seems corroded to me. If so, they needs to be replaced.

Unfortunately, after re-soldering each components, the motherboard behaves the same..

The element values ​​are correct, I checked each element with an RLC bridge and DMM.

Please, post a clear picture of marked area of the board with the heatsink removed.

Switch the marked resistor from red to the yellow place and measure the power consumption (in mA) of the board, when the machine is turned on with and without RAM memory connected.

After changing the resistor position- current: 310mA.

After inserting RAM into the laptop slot, it starts normally. After several resets, the current stops at 0.87A.

Does this mean that the built-in Ram is damaged?

I understand that this resistor is used to change the RAM support configuration.

Yes, it's damaged, or there are a spill residues under the OnBoard RAM chips.

If the owner doesn't care about the OnBoard RAM, you can leave as it is and the machine can be used with an additional SODIMM RAM. Otherwise it's need to remove all OnBoard RAM chips from the board and check what's under them.

In any case, I recommend running "Memtest" to make sure the RAM is working fine.

Memory is working properly. The owner decided to add additional RAM. After two days of testing, I did not find any problems while using the laptop.
