Never measure the resistance (or continuity) with connected power supply. In this case the resistance measurements are completely wrong and says nothing. You can also damage your meter this way.

With the measurements on your picture, one (or both) of transistors "4" and "5" is damaged almost for sure. If not, you probably replaced the transistors "4" and "5" with wrong ones (P-channel instead N-channel).

In this case, the capacitors on the motherboard was still charged, so the board was under the power during the measurement.
However, this measurements are wrong and says nothing as already mentioned.

Please, check the transistors as suggested.

Remeasure the voltages to ground on pins 1, 4, 8 of transistors "4" and "5". If you will get the same voltages, try to measure them with another meter, or at least try to replace the batteries in your meter.

Yes, possible, but if there was a bad solder joints on the charger chip it may also cause such issue.

Replace the charger chip and make 100% sure it is soldered well. Check, if the machine works without transistors "2" and "3". If so, solder this transistors to the board and check if the machine still works without battery connected. In last step test the machine with battery connected.

Wlutowywałem tranzystory 2 i 3 oraz podłączyłem baterie wszystko działa. Główny problem po wymianie uszkodzonych elementów był w źle przylutowanym układzie ładowania BQ jeszcze raz dziękuje wszystko działa !!
